At Home Decorina, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be requested. It outlines eligibility requirements, product condition guidelines, and the process followed once a return is received and verified by our team.
We offer a 3-day refund and return policy. After 3 days, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. For a return, items must be unused, in the same condition they were received, and in their original packaging.
Return Policy
Returns are only available for select products. You can find detailed eligibility and conditions on each product’s page. Most products have a standard 3-day return window.
Please note that our return policies can change at any time without prior notice.
Refunds
- Receive and inspect: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email.
- Approval or rejection: In that same email, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing the refund: If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it’s no longer possible to cancel it.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds typically take 7-10 days to process. If you haven’t received yours yet, here are the steps to follow:
- Check your bank account again to be sure it hasn’t been posted.
- Contact your credit card company. It can sometimes take a few days for the refund to officially show up.
- Call your bank. They may have an additional processing time before the funds are released.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. We only issue refunds for items that were purchased at their regular price.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for a new one, please email us at contact@homedecorina.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you’ll need to mail it to our office address. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For more expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
